Here’s just a little of my story…

Hi, I'm Katie Masters!

A nail artist and entrepreneur bridging the gap between nail fanatics and product creation to finally be able to give you what you want! A nail brand for nail people by nail people.

Over the years..

  1. Graduated nail school.
  2. Opened a private nail salon space at 23 years old! Nail Thoughts was born.
  3. Temporarily closed salon.
  4. Launched hand painted press on's and sold over 200 sets.
  5. Launched my nail art brushes in collaboration with Kokoist!
  6. Launched first gel color collection in collaboration with Kokoist starting with 18 colors and 3 tinted bases. Now continues to grow with 70+ colors and 20+ tinted bases!
  7. Launched Tortoiseshell Design Kit, which has now won the Nail Pro Readers Choice Award for best art tool!
  8. Worked first nail expo selling Nail Thoughts gel.
  9. Relaunched Nail Thoughts press ons!
  10. Closed the Nail Thoughts salon after 8 years to focus on the new chapter of product creation!
