Frosted is a pearlescent and glowy milky white color. Picture a milky white color that has almost a chrome orange-y glow finish to it and you have FROSTED! This color finish is reminiscent of the glazed donut nail trend, but WITHOUT ALL OF THE WORK! Layer one thin coat of it over any color of your choice and boom, an instant frosty pearlescent glow.
